1) Gate House Medical Centre – Town Health Centre in Central Business District of Nakuru
2) Gate House Medical Center – Milimani
Gate House Medical Centre is committed to serve children/teenagers & yong adults from date of birth to 19 years of age by providing Health Care solutions for Quality of Life.
The vision of the pediatric clinic has always been to serve young working families.
When the clinic was established by the founder in Nakuru, pediatric hospitals service at that time was not available, additionally, the general hospitals were largely inaccessible as there were only 2 or 3.
Further, transport system were a challenge, families access to health care was a challenge hence the need for the easily reachable pediatric clinic.
Our Vision still remains, to provide accessible quality private specialized Health Care Services mainly to children before during & after birth, to adolescents up to 19years of age, for better quality of life.
1) GateHouse Medical Centre – Nakuru
– We are a properly staffed centre with medics, administrative staff & general health care provider support staff.
We are open during normal working hours & close late in the evenings for the benefit of our working parents.
The process begins with appointment making through our contact, alternatively one can walk into the clinic & receive health care service.
The process continues with paying consultation fee, we have administrative staff ready to assist patients with warmness & care, a file is opened for record keeping of patient details, biodata & health, we have qualified & competent nurse that checks vitals with experience with children from birth & teenagers.
A team of consultations are ready to offer diagnosis & treat. We have prescription drugs on site. We follow up.
2) GateHouse Medical Centre- Milimani
In the lush surbubs of Milimani -Nakuru, we have a separate independent space for outpatient at War Memorial Hospital. In the compund of War Memorial but separate from the hospital.
We let our patient enjoy inpatient care at mostly Valley Hospital or War Memorial Hospital. We however emphasize on outpatient & partner with other hospitals for inpatient care.
Our branch at War Memorial Hospital has been useful in greater access for our motoring clients as adequate parking is available, a serene & healing environment with hospital atmosphere, aesthetics, cooling soothing vegetation, operating on Sundays, other hours over & above the limits of normal working hours.
We currently are a multi-departmental health centre. Being a Private Health Care provider we emphasize on quality. We believe we have flourished by being professional & hiring competent human resource from the start. We continue to expand but maintain our tradition & roots of boutique private bespoke health care by referral & reputation.
We have Accounting & Management department that ensures proper accounting & funding of the health centre for quality service also largely benefits our insurance clients. Human Resource in these ensures the health care providers are focused on health care & administration on the running of the health centre.
We also have an Administrative department, part of the team of secretaries, receptionists, cleaners are human resource with medical background. Record keeping is at its optimum for treatment history & customer care is properly staff to assist clients in their time of need of ailment.
We also have the medics, the medical team involve doctors, nurses, clinical officers who work as a team to provide health care.
